Rewards program is only valid to employees of Christensen Arms authorized dealers that are at least 21 years of age. Christensen Arms authorized dealers must hold a valid, current Federal Firearms License and have a storefront – regular place of business with regular business hours and offer for sale Christensen Arms firearms to the public. Dealers must have a state resale tax number and proof of employment may be required for participants. Only retail sales are eligible – distribution, dealer-direct, LE/MIL, or other sales do not qualify.
Registration and Enrollment
Participants must provide accurate, current, and complete information about themselves, maintain and promptly update their information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. Participants agree to be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information, including their passwords, to be responsible for all activity that occurs under their accounts, and to notify Christensen Arms immediately of any unauthorized use of their account information, or any other breach of security.
All participants must successfully complete the Christensen Arms Training Program (complete each training module and pass each quiz with 80% or higher). Once a participant finishes all the training offered via Christensen Arms University and scores an 80% or higher on each quiz, you will earn a CA Certified Dealer Badge next to your listing in our Dealer Locator on ChristensenArms.com.
Christensen Arms reserves to right to block enrollment in the program or cancel participation if the participant’s information is not accurate or complete. Limit one account per person and Christensen Arms reserve the right to cancel multiple accounts and block re-enrollment.
Description of Point Values/Rewards
Point values based on firearm sold – Reference point value chart for up-to-date point values. Christensen Arms may modify point values at any time.
Only original sales of NEW Christensen Arms firearms sold are eligible for points – used or returned firearms will not be rewarded points. Only retail sales are eligible – distribution, dealer-direct, LE/MIL, or other sales do not qualify. Purchases must occur during valid program dates. Sales must be submitted within 30 days of the sale date to receive points. Christensen Arms reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time.
Procedures to Qualify Sales
Points are redeemable towards the MSRP value of eligible products and not valid for use with any discount or promotion. Points have no cash value and are only redeemable for Christensen Arms products. All points and serial numbers will be verified before points may be redeemed for product. Point submissions are limited to a single sale – serial numbers will not be accepted for multiple point submissions. Points are non-transferable and participants are prohibited from trading, selling, combining, or exchanging points. If points found to be illegitimately acquired, participant may be disqualified from participation in the Dealer Rewards Program. Christensen Arms reserves the right to determine a qualifying sale in Christensen Arms’ sole discretion and update participants’ accounts accordingly (add or deduct from a participant’s total points).
Description of Rewards
Accumulated points may be exchanged for the MSRP value of Christensen Arms products including firearms, components, accessories, and apparel. 1 point = $1 towards the MSRP value of desired product. ie. 1,349.99 points may be redeemed for a Christensen Arms Mesa valued at $1,349.99. Users may purchase additional points at the rate of $2 per point.
All registered sales and proofs of sale will be reviewed before delivery of reward. Point validation includes but not limited to, review of all information submitted for each sale including sale date, dealer, employee, product sold, serial number, proof of sale, and any other method deemed necessary by Christensen Arms to validate points. If reward is a firearm, firearm will be transferred through the participant’s employer’s FFL. Participants are responsible for shipping costs and any dealer, transfer, or other fees. Participants will be required to fill out a W9 during the registration process or at the time of redemption and will also receive a 1099 at year-end for all redemption items. To redeem a firearm, participants must complete and submit a Form 4473 to the transferring FFL and must comply will all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Program or Account Termination
Christensen Arms reserves the right to terminate a participant’s account and/or participation in the program if Christensen Arms determines, in its sole discretion, that the participant has violated the program’s terms and conditions, has more than one account, used the account in any way that was unauthorized, deceptive, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful. Christensen Arms reserves the right to terminate inactive accounts at their sole discretion. Accounts that have not logged in or registered a sale within 180 days of active calendar year will be considered inactive and terminated. To keep your account active and avoid points being removed, you must log in to your account at least every six (6) months.
Christensen Arms reserves the right at any time, with or without giving prior notice, to end or cancel the program or any specific reward; change any reward; change the requirements for earning points; change the time participants have in which to earn or redeem a particular reward; and/or change any other feature of the program or rewards. Unredeemed points may be void upon termination of the program.
Modification of Terms and Conditions
Christensen Arms Reserves the right to modify the terms that govern the program with or without notice to participants. Continued participation in the program confirms a participant’s acceptance of the modified terms governing the program.
Compliance with Laws
The program is subject to all local, state, and federal laws and regulations. All rewards must be shipped to an FFL. Rewards cannot be claimed or shipped to any FFL in a jurisdiction that prohibits the sale, ownership, or possession of the reward. Prior to participating in this program, participant should ensure that participant may lawfully redeem the rewards and that Christensen Arms has no obligation to do so.
PROGRAM AND REWARDS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS”, AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS DISCLAIM ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL CHRISTENSEN ARMS BE LIABLE TO ANY PARTICIPANT OR TO ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES (DIRECT OR INDIRECT) WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION THE PROGRAM, REWARDS, OR THESE TERMS, WHETHER OR NOT CHRISTENSEN ARMS MAY HAVE BEEN ADVISED THAT ANY SUCH DAMAGES MIGHT OR COULD OCCUR AND NOTWITHSTANDING THE FAILURE OF ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF ANY REMEDY. BECAUSE SOME STATES DO NOT PERMIT THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY SUCH STATE LAW.

By participating in the program, participants consent to receiving occasional communication via email, mail, or other form from Christensen Arms about program details, promotional information or other.
