Founded in Utah in 1995, Christensen Arms was built on aerospace discipline and mountain grit. We took advanced composite technology out of aerospace and put it where it had never been before – into a rifle barrel.

We didn’t follow the industry. We changed it.

By engineering and patenting the first carbon fiber rifle barrel, we redefined what a hunting rifle could be: lighter, stronger, and built for precision at distance. This wasn’t cosmetic. It was a performance breakthrough that shifted expectations across the entire category.

What started in Utah didn’t stay there. It set a new standard – one we continue to push forward every day.

THE CARBON FIBER STANDARD.

When we pioneered the carbon fiber barrel, we weren’t chasing trends; we were redefining what a precision rifle barrel could be. This wasn’t an upgrade. It was a disruption.

  • Carbon fiber is 5x stiffer than steel by weight.
  • Match-Grade 416R stainless steel
  • Multi-directional carbon layup controls harmonics, hoop stress, and heat dissipation.
  • precision rifleD to ensure +/- .0002 uniformity
  • Zero thermal expansion. Consistent performance in any temperature.
  • Engineered carbon-steel interface keeps materials working in sync.

Built for serious hunters and long-range shooters, Christensen Arms carbon fiber barrels deliver the strength and rigidity of a heavy-profile steel barrel without the punishing weight. You get the ultralight carry of a sporter barrel with the consistency and accuracy demanded in backcountry hunts and precision rifle applications.
Every barrel is engineered and manufactured in-house using aerospace-grade carbon fiber and advanced composite materials. That means tighter tolerances, uncompromising quality control, and real-world durability where it matters most—on the mountain, in the field, and on the line.
The result is a lightweight precision rifle barrel that runs cooler, maintains point-of-impact consistency, and stands up to hard use. No shortcuts. No outsourced compromises. Just American-built performance worthy of the Christensen Arms name.

Our aerospace pedigree isn’t marketing. It’s measurable. Every barrel is precision cut and verified to exact twist rate specifications, ensuring proper bullet stabilization, repeatable accuracy, and confidence shot after shot.
Each Christensen Arms chamber is CNC machined in-house on US soil using minimum-diameter, match-grade reamers designed to maximize consistency and ballistic performance. No loose tolerances. No mass production shortcuts. Just chambers optimized for precision rifle accuracy in real-world conditions.
Our barrels are reamed and individually inspected to an ultra-tight tolerance of ± .0002 inches, a standard that demands advanced manufacturing, meticulous quality control, and an uncompromising commitment to American craftsmanship.
The result is a rifle platform engineered for long-range accuracy, consistent velocities, and dependable performance in the field. Built in the USA. And as always… No limits. Just results.

OUR BARRELS

STAINLESS STEEL CORE + CARBON REINFORCED.

CARBON FIBER

Engineered with aerospace-inspired carbon fiber technology, our carbon fiber barrels are built for strength without unnecessary weight. Using a proprietary layered carbon wrap process, we enhance rigidity and promote superior heat dissipation for more consistent barrel harmonics and repeatable accuracy.
At the core is a 416R stainless steel barrel liner, precision button rifled and held to a bore tolerance of +/- .0002. The result is a lightweight, high-performance barrel that delivers match-grade precision without compromise.
