I have been trying to return this product for over a week due to a problem with the fitment to my Vortex scope. I can’t get any response from the company.

Ordered rings and base on December 18 was emailed order was complete and shipped on December 22 received order on 12/29 with base missing it’s now January 7 sent 2 emails with no response And spoke to customer service 2 times and got no help meanwhile my credit card has been charged and paid already The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced
