6.5 22" creedmoor Barrel carbon fiber

I haven't etc. I am waiting to find out way it wont take mill spec carriage bolt carrier i have contacted shop people , they say i will send you a new bolt, and dont hear no more, I am very surprised in all this, I am about ready to send it back and buy a different one please inform what is going on i would like to get together for once in stead of tearing it apart. i want to get it painted but i want to make sure it going to work thankyou Barry Warren
