US USPerfect Fit
Searched high and low for a radial brake. Not only is this one the exact match for the taper of my barrel (0.920"), the installation and ability to handle .300 Win Mag handloads is second to none. Highly recommend Christensen Arms and this product.

I purchase this brake to put on a non-CA rifle. I was looking forward to the quality of CA products and excited to see how this brake would perform on the 6.5 PRC. This was a brand new rifle I pulled out of the box and had not been shot yet. I pulled the CA brake out of the package and the when threading on the brake it would wobble from side to side. I was pretty sure the brake was threaded off-center. Just to make sure it was not the rifle, I pulled out a stainless steel brake from another compay I had and it threaded on perfectly. I tried the CA brake several times to make sure it was not me, but it was definitely defective. I called CA to report this and sent a video to the team. They sent me a replacement brake in the mail. The 2nd brake they sent me was much better and threaded on straight as an arrow. I have not yet shot this, so this review is strictly on the experience so far. With the first being defective, I rated this 3 out of 5, basically dead center. Not bad, but not good. Hopefully CA will see this review and put some strict quality measures in place.
USExcellent Brake
I replaced the fire break with this break on a Ridgeline and wow what a diff in shoulder relief.. took the punishment out of a 308 for a 78 yr old ! I use these on all my rifles Chistensen Arms or other brands
