Using the item is not an issue, it works fine. Customer service is the issue. Trying to get in contact with your customer service is was unpleasant, If I would have received an email about the status of my shipment I would not have had to contact you. When I tried to contact you all I get is that we are undergoing maintenance message. That has happened multiple times. Who ever is performing your maintenance that has to shut down your entire business should no longer work for you because they do not know what they are doing. All maintenance should always be done after hours. It took longer than the projected delivery date before the rail was even shipped. I purchased it a week out so I would have it for a hunt with my new Ridgeline FFT (I wished it came with a rail like the regular Ridgeline did) it did not arrive on time. After finally getting in touch with someone and asked what was the status of the shipment the customer service representative could not tell me, they had to put a ticket in. A day or 2 later I called again, they could not tell me. After a week I finally received an email that it would arrive the next week.

Bought short action 0 moa right hand. Showed up and none of bolts lined up and had slight bend. So I was in a bind to take nephew hunting so I fixed the screw holes and bedded rail to christensen ridgeline 6.5 prc. Shooting 3 in moa maybe with a proven scope so im sure its the rail. Save time and money and buy another brand. Christensen quality is going downhill. I just bought another 3k rifle and its not much better than the rail... ill be returning or selling off most everything christensen brand I have if these issues dont get remedied. Come on christensen get the quality back under control. Too much negative online and in person experiences. My old ca 10 will stack rounds around this new rifle and your other rifle I put thos junk rail on. Long time buyer here and large CA collection but if this doesn't get better im gonna change brands to proof, fierce, or allterra if I have to. Used to not have to buy a 10k rifle to get 1/2 moa or even 1" at that...
USRear screws too long, it locked up my bolt
I called and left message last week, still waiting for a return phone call to hopefully resolve problem.

The base made it extremely easy to mount my scope on my Ridgeline. End-state I have a rock solid mount that looks great.
