Horrible. I was waiting on a rail for my new gun I bought from them. I ordered the rail on the first of the month and received it 3 weeks later. I’ve called many of time and never spoke to anyone. They never called back or returned my e mail. I bought a different rail to use the gun and hunt. I tried calling again to see how to return the rail and no answer. There no instructions or e mail to return the part.
US USHopefully good, definitely slow.
Haven’t received my order a month later.. Funny story: I literally applied for, got approved, and received my silencer before I received the scope base mount I purchased from you😬

Using the item is not an issue, it works fine. Customer service is the issue. Trying to get in contact with your customer service is was unpleasant, If I would have received an email about the status of my shipment I would not have had to contact you. When I tried to contact you all I get is that we are undergoing maintenance message. That has happened multiple times. Who ever is performing your maintenance that has to shut down your entire business should no longer work for you because they do not know what they are doing. All maintenance should always be done after hours. It took longer than the projected delivery date before the rail was even shipped. I purchased it a week out so I would have it for a hunt with my new Ridgeline FFT (I wished it came with a rail like the regular Ridgeline did) it did not arrive on time. After finally getting in touch with someone and asked what was the status of the shipment the customer service representative could not tell me, they had to put a ticket in. A day or 2 later I called again, they could not tell me. After a week I finally received an email that it would arrive the next week.
